It happens- sometimes it just doesn’t work out. We will review and honor returns up to 14 days from the date you received the item(s).  Returns will only be accepted on unworn and unused merchandise.


Should an item not meet your expectations or serve your needs, please visit the the RETURNS section of MY ACCOUNT to request a return authorization.  


Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for return. You will find information about whether an item is returnable under the "Delivery & Returns" section which is found on each item page.  Items that are generally not returnable include jewelry, shoes, books, home decor items and prints.  Additionally, if the item has been worn, is not in its original packaging or is damaged, then it is not returnable. 


All returns are sent to our New York office at absolutely no cost to you. 


Upon approval of your request, you will receive a unique UPS label via email. Simply pack your item back in the box in which it arrived and be sure to include all packaging materials. Tape the UPS label to the outside of the box and drop the package off at the nearest shipping facility. 


Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive a credit towards a future purchase at Exclusively.In. Please note that a $9.99 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your credit. 

How to request a return:

All returns must be received unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of when the item was delivered to you. 

1.     To make a return request, click on Request New Return.

2.     On your email, you will receive a UPS label if your request is approved.

3.     Print it.

4.     Pack everything back in the box (including the packaging materials).
